Keywords:
Focus CTSA, Biology Teaching, High School.Abstract
Currently has been much discussion about issues related to scientific and technological development, which is reflected in movements in education. Specifically in the teaching field of biology, we conducted an analysis and discussion of an experience where classes were given regarding the content of this discipline in perspective fermentation approach CTSA, in a private school Carmópolis/SE. We found that students contemplated the relationship between content with the scientific, technological, social and environmental, and carried out the process of knowledge construction. We conclude first that the experience was valid; it contributes significantly to student learning, as well as being in line with current themes and official documents for the High School.
