It has been a concern, the waste from the development of agriculture in the Midwest region of Brazil, in particular refer to discharges from various activities, among which stand out the effluents, the Urban Runoff Entrainment and associated substances agricultural practices, leading to studies that reflect the quality and quantity of harmful substances released into the environment. In this sense, this study aims to evaluate the water quality of the River basin of Piancó (BHRP), located in the city of Anapolis, Goias, to this end, we determined the physical-chemical parameters: pH, conductivity, turbidity, solids total dissolved, dissolved oxygen, alkalinity, chloride, nitrite, and phosphate. The analyzes obtained were compared with standards established by Resolution No.. 357, 17 March 2005 of CONAMA, whose parameters are presented values higher than those of the Resolution. The recent scenario revealed concentrations above acceptable levels, evidenced the possibility of adverse effects to the environment.Downloads
