Phytosociology of an area of marginal cerrado Parque Estadual do Mirador, Mirador, Maranhão

Objectifying to do fitosociologistical study an area of cerrado, it was settled 30 semi half permanents of 200m2 in a systematic way, where were samplus of all the alive individuals with the same or superior diameter for 3cm at the level of the soil, In the 0,6 ha 2.567 individuals were found, distributed in 81 species, 69 genera and 34 families with a total density of 4.278,33ind,/ha. The minimum, maxim and found average heights were 0,30cm, 15,0m and 2,24m respectively. The maximum diameter was 60,51, minimum 3,18 and the medium 8,65cm. The families that presented highest importance index values were: Caesalpiniaceae, (44,77); Combretaceae (35,54), Myrtaceae (28,17), Malpighiaceae (18,88), Mimosaceae (17,06), Flacourtiaceae (14,09), Caryocaraceae (11,50), Erythroxylaceae (11,46), Fabaceae (10,29), Vochysiaceae (9,64) and Ebenaceae (9,45). The species that stood out in IVI order made 55,85% of total IVI, it is listed: Sclerolobium paniculatum (39,28), Combretum mellifluum (33,47), Eugenia dysenterica (17,51), Byrsonima cydoniaefolia (12,68), Caesaria Sylvestris (12,55), Psidium aff. Pohlyanum (12,30), Stryphynodendron coriaceum (11,16), Caryocar coriaceum (10,47), Erythroxylum arrojadoi (9,95) and Diospyros hispida (8,18).
