Analysis superficial and depth dose in intraoral radiolgy
Keywords:
dosimetry, termoluminescence, intraoralAbstract
In this work dosimetrics analyses had been carried through with use of the termoluminescence technique for analyses and verification of characteristics of X rays beams used in odontologic radiology using termoluminescent dosemeters of CaSO4:Dy + Teflon. Was did a study simulating intraoral dental regions, periapical of the incisive tooth, molar and premolars and the occlusal of individuals adult male and femme. One parallel plate ionization chamber also was used in the verification of doses and radiographic films of large dimensions had been used for comment of the dimensions of the radiation fields. The analyzed beams had been of radiology equipments of the Departmento de Odontologia do Hospital Unversitário da Universidade Federal de Sergipe. The analyses had proven that study of the superficial and depth doses used in odontology to be carried through with termoluminescent dosemeters.Downloads
