This present article is a report followed by reflections about different shared experiences between the supervisor teachers and the initiation scholarship students from Programa Institucional de Bolsas de Iniciação a Docência (PIBID) or the Institutional Scholarship Students Program (ISSP). The activities developed by the group take place within the Integrated Seminar discipline of Natural Sciences and their Technologies and Chemicals. The pibidianas actions were focused on experimentation and research planned, organized and implemented by the scholarship students along the supervisor teacher. A scenario explaining the implementation of actions and perspectives from the Polytechnic School is described in this paper, explaining how the fellows are included in this context according to their own aspirations for initial teacher training classes. Experiments were performed within the subject of chemistry working transversally some of the subject areas like acids and other basic themes of everyday life, adulteration of petrol, chemical bonds, oxides present in the chemical reaction of breath and soft drinks / carbonated water, greenhouse effect, acid rain and products hygiene. Two activities were applied at the Integrated Seminar discipline: a research about the plant species present in such school yard as well as the creation of a herbarium to be taken on the community provision in the school museum; other activity turned into the debate of bullying, exploring some physical differences and bringing some genetic trends to it. It is observed that PIBID creates more effectively situations for teacher training classes of teaching initiation scholarship, as the same are in such a direct contact with the school environment and attentive all the time to the possibilities of pedagogical approaches.
