Study of Performance Reproductive index of cattle from three livestock raised in the arid zone and in the Forest Zone of Pernambuco

The cattle industry in Brazil has high socioeconomic importance and is one of the most profitable segments of agribusiness scenario in the country. With a view to ensuring high productivity, it is necessary that the reproductive performance from meat and milk livestock is high. This study aimed to survey a year reproductive data and statistical analysis of performance indexes of three livestock in the state of Pernambuco. Due to differences in zootechnical bookkeeping of the farms, reproductive indices showed significant differences between the herds. With the results of this study, it is possible to generate reports that show the performance of animals, selecting the best, and also assisting in the implementation of an efficient health management.
