Abstract

This study aimed to evaluate the influence of bio stimulation over the dynamics of multiparous Nelore cows ovarian structures undergoing hormonal treatment for fixed-time artificial insemination (TAI). Fifty multiparous cows were used as an experimental model, divided into two groups G1 and G2 (Group 1 = 25 females and Group 2 = 25 females and one male). The G1, control group, cows were not subjected to bio stimulation (NB), and G2 were subjected to bio stimulation (BE) by the presence of a vasectomized bull. As experimental variables were evaluated, conception rates, pregnancy rates, and the number of services per conception. There was statistical significance for the studied data between groups (p<0.05). The bio stimulation positively influenced the pregnancy rate and conception.
