Síntese de nanopós de Y3,98R0,02Al2O9 (R=Eu3+, Cr3+) via Sol-Gel Protéico
Abstract
Nanopós de Y4Al2O9 (YAM) puros e dopados com os íons Eu3+ e Cr3+ foram sintetizados via o método sol-gel protéico, método este que utiliza a água de coco como solvente de partida. Os nanopós foram caracterizados pela técnica de difração de raios-X (XRD). A fase Y4Al2O9 foi obtida em temperaturas de síntese de 800 ºC e 900 °C. Estas temperaturas são menores do que as mencionadas na literatura para a obtenção deste óxido via a reação do estado sólido. O tamanho médio dos cristalitos obtidos foi calculado utilizando-se a equação de Scherrer com correção do alargamento dos picos de difração gerados pelas condições experimentais.Downloads
