The historical and philosophical approach of Science in Biological Sciences course at UFS: analysis of the pedagogical project

Supporting himself on documentary analysis, this article aims to understand how the historical and philosophical approach to science is highlighted and addressed by the proposals and guidelines recommended by Resolution No. 188/2009 of the Council of Teaching, Research and Extension, Federal University of Sergipe (UFS), which regulates changes in the pedagogical project of undergraduate degree in Biological Sciences UFS - St. Kitts campus. The Educational Project adopts 'profiles of learners' and 'skills and abilities' to be developed by graduate students in guided historical-cultural, humanistic and pluralistic context of biological knowledge. Therefore, this official document, according to their normative prescriptions, provides grants to the history and philosophy of science becomes formally present in their teacher training.
