The average percentage of disability grade I in healing was 5.06% and grade II 11.69% and the average detection rate of leprosy was 1.79 new cases of leprosy per 10,000 inhabitants with maximum peak in 2003 and decline from 2009. It was observed that the magnitude of leprosy in the district was high, however in 2012 was below the estimate of the Ministry of Health. Throughout the series there were fewer new cases that come walking over the past four years to decrease the detection rate. Reducing disability in healing suggests that late diagnosis of the disease has decreased in the last year researching the work.
