Research trends in science education in the use of educational resources for students with visual impairment

The area of research in science education is in the process of increasing consolidation, increasing the number of papers published in the scientific field. Therefore, it is essential to make reflections imprint on the qualitative and qualitative research produced. Thus, this study aims to analyze the trends in research on science education aimed at students with visual impairments, to obtain an overview of the investigations, especially those aspects that have been prioritized and the way these have been treated in national and international scientific papers. Through the use of questionnaires, it was found that the use of diverse teaching resources is the main topic covered in the analyzed studies, demonstrating the importance given by researchers to the need to seek the avenues of the blind student has with the environment
