Equilirium Spheres and Some Estimates of Processes of Gravitational Contraction.
Keywords:
equilibrium sphere, hydrodynamic model, gravitational contractionAbstract
In the first part of the work we discuss states of objects subjected to the action of the gravitational force using a hydrodynamic model. We obtain a condition for the state of equilibrium of an object in the form of a differential equation which relates the pressure distribution and mass density in the object. There were considered the density distributions of the form: constant, potential, exponential and Gaussian. There were obtained exact expressions for the distributions of mass and pressure. The results are also presented graphically. In the second part of the work we discuss processes of contraction of a spherical body in terms of Newtonian Mechanics using dust model. There was obtained the expression for estimate of the contraction time to the gravitational radius of the body. Figures of the contraction time for initial body of a stellar and neutron star size are shown.
