Trajectories and experiences of teaching socialization in the gender perspective

The aim of this article is to show that the trajectories and experiences of socialization of the teachers are important for the reflection relative to the senses and meanings attributed to work. The research was conducted in the qualitative study model, with a case study to the collection of data, through the application of questionnaires and semi-structured interviews. It was concluded that the trajectories and the diversity of experiences of socialization of the teachers are relevant to the analysis of the social gender relations, in the field of teaching, in that is in the life trajectories that are configured the senses and meanings of work, privileging its forms of production/reproduction in the spaces of socialization and in the relationship between formation/work/family context.
