Consulting is a process of a change agent who takes the responsibility of assisting executives and professionals in decision making. Focusing on consulting in the area of People Management, this mode is a new feature that contributes to improving the quality of life and work of an organization, with the keyword of this process change and the consultant as a facilitator in this process. Knowing this, this study aimed to analyze the market for consulting in Personnel Management from the city of Aracaju/SE, checking the level of pay received by the company for his consulting services, as well the training for professionals that working in the area and the public target of these companies. The research has a quantitative-qualitative bias and with the participation of 12 consultants in the area, reaching about the same results enlightening regarding the form of disclosure of services, benefits, barriers and sub-areas of highest demand.Downloads
